Data collected
This site collects only the data you enter yourself in the contact form: company, first name, last name, role, business email, phone, fleet size if you provide it, and the content of your message. No account is created and no data is bought from third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your request and reply to you, whether it is a commercial enquiry, an integration project or an operator application. The legal basis is your consent, collected through the form's tick box, together with the legitimate interest of R.A.S. in replying to the professional enquiries addressed to it.
Recipients
Your data is routed by email to the R.A.S. mailbox. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Two technical processors are involved: Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and Google LLC (message routing and storage). Both companies are established in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, under the EU / US data protection framework to which these providers adhere, and failing that under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention period
Commercial enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact. Operator applications are kept for two years, then deleted if no follow-up has taken place.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to reseauxalliancesolutions@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
